Mm Mm Good Chili Ingredients: 1& 1/2 lb ground beef 1 med onion chopped 1 stalk celery chopped 1 green pepper chopped 1 can (26 oz) tomato soup 2 cans med. Italian stewed tomatoes 1/4 cup chili powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 can (15oz) kidney beans undrained 1 can (15oz) chili beans undrained ** 1 cup soybeans or 1 cup of lentil beans (optional) Directions: In large fry pan brown ground beef, onions, and celery. Drain all excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, except beans in slow cooker and mix well. Cover slow cooker and let cook for 30 to 45 minutes on low or med. * now add beans and cook for 2 ½ hours on high.
