White Lightening Chili Ingredients: 1 lb cooked ground turkey meat 2 tsp oil 1 cup chopped onion 3 cloves garlic minced 1 large can white kidney beans (cannelloni) undrained 1 can ( 4oz) chopped green chili 1 1/4 tsp Ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp white pepper Hot sauce (to taste) 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley Directions: Cook turkey, set aside. Heat oil in large sauce pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until tender. Stir in turkey, beans, chilies, spices and hot sauce. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream and parsley or cilantro. You can double this recipe, just do not add more chilies. it would be too hot.
