Pumpkin Cheesecake Square


Crust
2 Cups crushed graham crackers
1/3 Cup sugar
1 Stick of melted margarine

Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup of chopped pecans.

Filling
Mix 2 eight OZ. pkg of cream cheese with 3/4 cup of sugar until smooth. Add one 15 OZ. can of pumpkin, 1-1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon, 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 Teaspoon salt, and mix until smooth. Add two eggs, one at a time mixing after each one. Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Until center is set. Cool and serve with whipped topping.
