Recipe of the Month
October 2007 Hot Wing Dip Ingredients: 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup red pepper sauce 1 cup ranch dressing 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded Tortilla chips Celery and carrot sticks (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese, pepper sauce and ranch dressing. Stir in chicken. Place in baking dish and bake 30 to 45 minutes, or in a microwave until heated through. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or, if desired, celery and carrot sticks. Makes 3 cups.
