Herb-Seasoned Spinach Balls


Ingredients:
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 cups herb-flavored stuffing mix
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

cook spinach and minced onion together according to package instructions; drain
well. Place spinach mixture in mixing bowl. Add stuffing mix and cheese, blending
well. Add eggs and butter; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.

Arrange on baking pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until firm and golden.
Serves 10.
