August 2007 Shepard Pie Ingredients: 1 package of instant Mashed Potatoes (about 6 servings) 1 lb. Ground Beef One small Onion - chopped 1 8 oz package of Shredded Cheddar Cheese Directions: Make potatoes according to box, next brown the ground beef in a skillet with the chopped onions, drain the fat from the meat. After making the potatoes put in bottom of nine by thirteen pan, next put the browned ground beef on top of the potatoes, then sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
