Chicken and Broccoli Casserole


Ingredients:
4 whole chicken breasts; cooked and cut into bite sized cubes
12 oz. package egg noodles; cooked and drained
cooked broccoli; cut into bite sized pieces
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can cream of chicken soup
1 small can chicken broth
1 small package of mushrooms; sauteed
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
1 box stuffing mix; 1/2 stick of butter; melted

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix soup, chicken, sour cream, chicken broth, broccoli, mushrooms, and salt and pepper. Pour cooked and drained noodles in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Pour chicken mixture over noodles. Mix in a small bowl stuffing mix and melted butter. Pour over the top of the casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
Yields 6-8 servings
