Recipe of the Month
May - June 2007
Strawberry Pizza
Crust:1C. confectioners sugar
1tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/3 C. lemon juice
1 1/2 flour
Mix & spread over cooled crust
Filling:
8oz. pkg. cream cheese,soft
1 can condensed milk.(Eagle brand)
Topping:
2 pints strawberries
1 C. sugar
4 Tbls. cornstarch
Directions:
Crust: mix and spread onto a pizza pan. Bake 20 min. at 350 degrees. Cool.
Filling: mix and spread over cooled crust.
Topping: Combine ingredients, over medium heat, bring to boil, stirring constantly until thick. Cool and spread over filling. Refrigerate.
