Recipe of the Month
May - June 2007 Margarita Fruit Salad Ingredients: 1 package 3-3/4 oz instant vanilla pudding 1 8 oz. plain yogurt 1 cup liquid margarita mix (without the alcohol in it) 1 TBSP. tequila (optional) 1 8 oz. carton cool whip. Directions: Blend above with electric hand mixer. Add in your favorite sliced fruit: strawberries, apples, bananas, pineapple, pears, peaches, cantaloupe, (actually anything, just slice it in squares). Very refreshing summer fruit salad. You can add some chopped walnuts if desired.
