Fanny May Mint Cake


Cake Layer
1 white cake mix as directed on the box
Add 3 Tablespoons of creme de mint
Mix together and bake as mix directs in a 9 x 13 pan.

Icing
Layer 1
1 jar Fudge ice cream topping - warm in microwave and spread evenly on cooled cake. Let rest on counter or in frig before topping with final layer. This allows the fudge to harden.
Layer 2
Top with cool whip that has 3 Tablspoons of creme de mint or green food coloring added for color.
Layer 3 (Optional)
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Refrigerate. Serve by cutting into squares. This will remind you of the Fanny Mae chocolate mints - Enjoy!
