Chicken & Rice Casserole


Ingredients:
1 Stick of Butter (melted)
1 Can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Package of Mrs. Grass Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 cups of rice (Minute or Riceland)
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 Whole Chicken cut up (or Boneless)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in 9x13 baking pan.
Stir well. Place chicken on top. Cover with foil and bake at 250 for about 2 hours or until done.
This has been my favorite since I was a kid and still is.

(Also great to cut up chicken into bite sizes and place on top)
