Recipe of the Month
September 2006 Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry Ingredients: 1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel 1/3 cup squeezed orange juice 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 TBL. sliced green onion 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. sesame seeds 2 cloves minced garlic Enough chicken breasts to feed whoever Directions: Combine the ingredients in a bowl and set aside for later. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces. In a wok add about a tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil if necessary. Stir-fry chicken, and when done, add mixture from earlier. Reduce heat to low, and cover. Let sit until ready to be eaten. Goes great with rice.
