August 2006 Zucchini Pie Ingredients: 3 cups of zucchini 1 onion, chopped fine 4 eggs, beaten ½ cup of oil ½ teaspoon of parsley flakes 1 cup of Bisquick ½ cup of grated cheese Directions: Mix ingredients together. Bake in a 10 in greased pie plate or deep dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
