Recipe of the Month
June 2006 Low Fat Key Lime Pie Ingredients: 1 reduced Graham cracker crust ( 6 oz. ) 1 Pkg. Sugar Free Lime Gelatin ( 4 ounce serving ) 1/4 C. boiling water 2 containers ( 6oz ) light Key Lime Yogurt 1 8 oz Tub of Free Cool Whip Directions: 1. In a large heat-resistant bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt with wire shisk. Fold in whipped topping with a wooden spoon. 2. Spread in crust Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. 3. Garnish as desired. ( You can cut up Limes and decorate the top if you choose to do so.) This is my recipe hope you like it.
