Baked Salmon Loaf


Ingredients:
1 - Large can pink salmon
3 - Egg yolks
3/4 C. soft break crumbs (3 slices sm. cubes)
1/4 C. melted butter
1 T. onion grated
1 T. chopped parsley
salt (if you like), pepper, accent {actually I never use this part of the recipe}
3 - egg whites - beaten stiff

Directions:
Put salmon & juice in bowl and break up. Add 3 egg yolks, soft break cubes, 1/4 C. melted butter, 1 T. grated onion, parsley, {salt, pepper, accent} - fold in egg whites - Loaf pan (small, grease) - Put loaf pan in pan of hot water.
Bake 45- 50 min. - 350 deg.
