Recipe of the Month
January 2006 Apricot Jello 1 - Large pkg. apricot Jell-O 2 - Cups hot water 2 - Cups cold water Let set, add................. 1# - Can crushed pineapple (drained) 2 - Cans mandarin oranges (save juice and put in blender) 2 - Bananas (sliced) 2 - Cups small marshmallows Let Get Firm Cook: 1 - Cup pineapple and orange juice 2 - T. Flour 2 - T. Butter 1/2 - Cup sugar 1 - Egg Add: 1 - 3 oz. package cream cheese (cool thoroughly) Whip 1 package dream whip and fold into egg mixture Spread on firm Jell-O.
