Recipe of the Month November 2005 Peanut Butter Bars Ingredients: 1 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter 1 2/3 Cup Grahm Cracker Crumbs 2 Sticks Softened Butter 1 Box Confectionary Sugar (Powdered Sugar) 2 12 Oz. Hershey Bars (Or you could melt Chocolate Chips as well) Directions: You would mix the Peanut Butter, Grahm Cracker Crumbs, Butter and Confectiner Sugar together and press into a cookie sheet. Melt the Chocolate and spread on top evenly. Cool Slightly and cut into bars. This can be kept refrigerated forever - Well Almost. This is an easy and fast cookie, great for bake sales.
