Sweet Potato Casserole


Ingredients:
Casserole
3 cups cooked mashed sweet potato
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Topping
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecan halves

Directions:
Casserole--
Combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk, mixing until creamy. Turn mixture into buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole. Topping--
Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans. Combine mixture by hand and spread over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
