BBQ Sauce for Chicken


Ingredients:
1 medium onion quartered
half cup of butter
half cup of vinegar
1 T. prepared mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 inch square lemon peel
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 T. Brown sugar
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
(Tabasco sauce if desired)

Directions:
Sauté onion in butter. Pour into blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until onion is finely chopped. Add drops of Tabasco sauce to taste.
