Strawberry Pie
(A June Special)
Ingredients:
1 6oz. box of Strawberry Jell-O
1 cup of sugar
4 T. cornstarch
2 cups of boiling water
1 quart of fresh strawberries
1 10-inch baked and cooled pie crust
Directions:
Sift and then mix first three ingredients into large pot.
Add boiling water then bring mixture to rolling boil.
This will be the strawberry glaze.
Add berries when glaze is cool.
Mix gently and pour into 10-inch baked pie crust.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
Store in refrigerator.
Serves 6-8.
