Chocolate Pudding Cake
(Grandma Wagner's Recipe)
Ingredients:
1 Cup flour
2 Teaspoons baking powder
½ Teaspoon salt
¾ Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
½ Cup milk
2 Tablespoon melted butter
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup nuts (optional)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add melted butter, milk, and nuts. Spread in 8x8 greased pan.
Combine
Ingredients:
1 Cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoon white sugar
4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 ¾ Cup hot water
Directions:
Pour carefully over first mixture in baking pan. DO NOT MIX TOGETHER. The liquid will be on top.
Bake 40-45 minutes in 350-degree oven. Eat while warm.
